In the brilliant fanatasy adventure "Neverwhere", author Neil Gaiman takes us down to London Below, where all kinds of scary monsters, demons (and heroes) lurk in the vast tunnels of the London Underground railway system. As always in real life, however, the true demons and monsters of the London Underground turned out to be human.
