Dispatches from the sunburned wastelands

Here's a recent photo of the expectant Mother...She seemed to have crossed a threshold overnight, and suddenly realized that she can't bend down anymore. So much for the fieldwork.

And, although we are very poor at the moment, at least the little bugger will have a nice warm Canadian quilt to sleep in (complete with little pieces John Deere tractor material). Hannelie just finished it, and she says she may now have time for other things, like cleaning the kitchen...
