Dispatches from the sunburned wastelands

Most cities are full of statues (on town squares, or in front of pompous city halls), but if you look closely at (older) buildings, you may see even more interesting stone art on display...Gargoyles, angels and other creatures abound on the old buildings of downtown Halifax.
