The Bees are all gone

Wednesday, February 21, 2007

First, the birds started to die, and now, the bees are following suit...millions of bees have vanished in 22 US states, leaving bee farmers and scientists puzzled...They have a name for it, colony collapse disorder, but they can't explained it yet. Bees suddenly leave their hives, still full of honey, and disappear to die somewhere else. No pesticides, fungus or other ailments have so far been found in the affected hives. Puzzling, and a disaster for the farmers in those states, who depend on bee farmers to provide bees for crop pollination.

    Hannes,
How come I cannot see your profile on the sidebar anymore? It flashes up there for a second then disapears. Does anyone else have this problem?
