Dispatches from the sunburned wastelands

I'm currently stuck in bed, with the same cold that's been circulating around our family for the last two weeks or so. First Hannelie had it, then Martin, and now I've got it.

With the snow that fell on the mountains around Canberra this past week, it is only proper to think of Christmas...and it gets even better when you actually receive a box of goodies in the mail! Shelly, who is currently starting her new career in Texas, sent us a big box of beautiful baby clothes, all the way from Canada.

I'm sure Jr. will be very happy wearing it...Now, if we could just convince people to start sending us grownups some presents too...
