Dispatches from the sunburned wastelands

The esteemed editors from that old establishment Amazon.com have their 'Best Science Fiction/Fantasy of 2006' list up here, and three of my favourite writers are on it, being Charles de Lint (No 1 for Widdershins), Neil Gaiman (for Fragile Things, which I got for Christmas), and Bill Willingham (for the latest instalment in his excellent grapic novel series Fables).
