The Olympic Games opening ceremony was probably the best I've ever seen. The spectacular choreography also made more sense when I read this morning that Yimou Zhang, the director of "House of flying Daggers" was involved.
I guess we shouldn't be surprised, Chinese artists have always been known for grand, operatic gestures. Anyway, China definitely made and impressive debut on the world stage...Pity about the South African team wearing crocs at the opening ceremony.
